Theory of Change

When women and girls gain relevant capability, have a credible opportunity to apply it and can access the systems and markets around that opportunity, they are better positioned to participate economically, strengthen their choices and progress.

Skills and competencies developed and applied
Transition into production, employment or income-generating activity.
Enterprise readiness, stronger operations and market access.
Use of digital and financial capabilities in practice.
Programme-specific improvements in economic resilience, confidence, participation or leadership where relevant.

Work With Us

We work with partners where financing, technical expertise, infrastructure, technology, market access, research, professional services or community reach can strengthen a defined intervention. Relevant programmes may also be adapted to a particular community, sector or development priority where the need and delivery model are clear.
